Guarantee

If any of the products in the Price List do not perform as stated in the package insert when all instructions have been carefully followed, they may be returned for credit or refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (unless another arrangement has been authorized) accompanied by written authorization from Biochemical Diagnostics, Inc.

Returns

Shipments received from Biochemical Diagnostics must be inspected upon receipt. Biochemical diagnostics must be notified, in writing, of damaged items or discrepancies in the order. All returns are subject to 15% restocking charge if not our error.

Shipping

Certain articles listed in our Price List are classified as "Restricted Articles" by D.O.T. and I.A.T.A.  This classification includes corrosives, flammables, poisons, dry ice, etc.  Because of the complexity of shipping, we reserve the right to select the most appropriate method of shipment. Shipments of restricted articles are subject to additional handling charges depending on the size and complexity of your order.

Terms of Sale

All sales are F.O.B. our shipping point.  Payment terms are Net 30 Days from date of Invoice.  Domestic insurance, shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added as a separate charge on the invoice.  Overseas insurance, shipping and handling charges are "Collect".

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.  Prices are Net. 

Quantity discounts are stated where applicable.  Payments must be made U.S. dollars, payable to a U.S. bank.  Payments on foreign orders may be made by credit card, bank to bank transfer (i.e. direct wire into our account) or by a bankers draft against a U.S.A. bank.  The minimum order is $50.00 (domestic), $100.00 (foreign).

Once accepted, orders may not be cancelled or changed without the agreement, in writing, of the buyer and Biochemical Diagnostics.

Customer Quantity discounts

Please contact your account representative for bulk discount pricing, contract manufacturing, or specialized delivery options for any of our products.

Credit - Domestic

On open account orders, purchase orders must be signed by an authorized individual.  If confirming, please indicate.  To establish credit, supply bank and trade references unless your company is well-rated by Dun & Bradstreet.  If the order is rush, please use a crdit card or send your company's check with the first order. Individuals should include money orders, certified check, cashiers check, or credit card information with the order.  Our credit terms are Net 30 days.  When placing orders indicate if your firm is a parent company, subsidiary, branch or division of another firm.  This will help to clear credit and speed up shipment.

Credit - Foreign

Foreign firms placing their first order are requested to prepay ( by credit card, electronic bank transfer or bank draft drawn on U.S. Bank), and furnish U.S. trade references for the purpose of setting up account. 

Standing Orders

Standing order prices are firm for 12 months. 

For your convenience Biochemical Diagnostics will schedule periodic shipments on any single purchase order.
As an additional service, by special arrangement, we will reserve and periodically ship a single lot number of extraction columns and/or controls against a firm purchase order.

Delinquent accounts

A 1 1/2% per month service charge will be charged to delinquent accounts unless other arrangements have been made (in writing).  Special discounts for standing orders, etc., will revert back to list prices on past due accounts unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
